How to view graphics

  1. Perform a product search and drill down to the assembly or sub-assembly level.  A graphic reflecting the selected assembly or sub-assembly displays in the Image View area. 

NOTE: The Image View area is only populated when the assembly or sub-assembly level is active.       

 

  1. To use the graphic as a search aid.  Options include:

 

How to select parts from a graphic

  1. Access the needed graphic by performing a search and drilling down to the assembly or sub-assembly level. 

 

  1. Navigate to the Image View area, and expand the graphic using the icon. 

 

  1. Click the appropriate linked number indicating a specific part.  The part is selected on the Parts List. 

How to print graphics

  1. Perform a product search and drill down to part level that is related to an assembly.  A graphic reflecting the selected assembly, sub-assembly, or part displays in the Image View area.  Refer to How to view graphics for more information. 

NOTE: The Image View area is only populated when the assembly or sub-assembly level is active. 

  1. Click the linked part number to display part details. 

 

  1. Click the PDF icon ().  The Print-Options dialog box opens.
  1. Select the appropriate printing range.  Click the radio button to the left of Print Graphics in the Select Print Content area. 

NOTE: Selecting Print Both will print graphics and text. 

  1. Once selected, click OK
